Wedding dress update #1

Okay blog readers, please, be honest with me, this bodice style is not flattering on me huh?

For some reason I am strangely attracted to this style of bodice. I think it might be the princess lines and the straps, yes, it probably is the straps. What do you think? I'm worried that the square shape of the bodice doesn't sit well with my very square shoulders.

Any input would be greatly appreciated (and sorry for the poor picture).

From what I can see, your top looks fine. I happen to feel that Square shoulders are a fine thing. I have somewhat square shoulders and wore, when much younger, tops that were similar to yours and loved the look.

Maybe your attraction to this style of bodice is not so strange...it suits you! Go with it.

I don't see a problem with it at all. It doesn't scream square shoulders to me! From what i can see it looks like a nice shape for a bodice on you.

I'd be happy to have square shoulders :-). This top does emphasize yours, and that's a very good thing imho. Just go for it.

I think it's flattering. I'm not sure why square shoulders would be a bad thing (to have bra straps that stay up!), but it is not widening at all if that's your concern.

At Liberty Kilts, we offer a large variety of kilts outside of standard tartan kilts. We also offer utility kilts that feature just as much functionality and storage as they offer style, as well as hybrid kilts that combine the best of both worlds between tartan and utility kilts. Leather and denim kilts are also available for those who want to express their personalities through kilt wearing in a different way and for those who want more options when it comes to where and when you can wear these kilts. Beside our passionate beliefs about kilt wearing and manufacturing, we believe that owning a proper Liberty Kilts is crucial. Every proud Scot deserves a kilt they will feel proud of wearing whether you are sporting full kilt dress or are just going out on the town for a day. With our policy surrounding hand making each kilt, we create high-quality kilts that feel great and look even better. We strive to create kilts that will not only satisfy the expectations you have for them, but kilts that will exceed them as well.
