Loohoo tagged me with a literary meme.

The nearest book I have is something I've been reading for my research. I'm omitting all sentences with equations as I'm sure blogger will typeset them wrong and we can not permit that. The book is 'Singular-perturbation theory: An Introduction with applications' by Donald R. Smith.

"This condition permits the damping coefficient e(2c+dsint) to assume both positive and negative values for t>=0, but this damping coefficient is positive on the average, so that it satisfies (4.4.10). Similarly, with h(t):=2c+Dcost, we find, with (4.4.44), that the previous condition (4.4.13) is satisfied. Hence, this problem (4.4.42-4.4.44) is of the type covered by Theorem 4.4.1."

Confused, ya me too!

Ha, ha! I was very perturbed reading your quote! :-) My husband does math for a hobby and is forever trying to coax me to read something, but it's not for me. I'm not sure which branch of mathematics perturbation theory is a part of, so I don't know what you're studying. He is currently into Clifford algebras.

You've been tagged....again!

I love it ! Very creative ! That's actually really cool Thanks.
