Current bed buddy

What I've been spending my nights on. And I mean that literally! See, I knit before bed and when I'm feeling tired I often forget to place my knitting on my nightstand and many a mornings I wake up to find strands of yarn wrapped strategically around my neck. Do you think maybe it's trying to get back at me for neglecting it for so long?

I'm a little worried that I might have done my math wrong. I guess I'll find out when I cut my steek. I still have to figure out how I am going to do the neck line as I made the stupid decision to knit the band with the body instead of just adding it on after I cut the steek. Oh well. *hope*

Wish me tons of luck. This is my first time using steeks not to mention my first time constructing/knitting a raglan from the bottom-up.

P.S. I've been thinking about joining the Pattern Review's Summer SWAP. I think it would be a great chance to really get into learning more sewing techniques. I'm going to try and put together a project board this weekend and if all jibes well, I'll be signing myself up!

Wow! Congratulations on passing and on a cool sweater to boot! I'll be watching how you fare with steeks as I've not yet had experience with them and am learning more.
